2. Booking & Cancellation
We value your time and our technicians' schedules. When you book a slot, we commit resources to you immediately. Consequently, we require 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. Why do we do this? To ensure all our clients receive the timely service they deserve without logistical bottlenecks.
3. Warranty and Liability
All major installations come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, supplemented by our signature craftmanship guarantee. We won't leave you in the heat; if a system we've installed fails due to workmanship within the first 12 months, we'll rectify it at zero cost to you.
